The cultivation in rock wool is being used together with modern structures of greenhouses, good ventilation and high productive potential, where it is getting to increase the yield of the crop, obtaining a greater quantity and quality of harvest. Common sense tells us that this cropping system should be used together with modern greenhouse structures, but in other traditional structures, the increase in production is also visible.

Experience shows that the different crops in the different areas of crop, show improvements in yield, as well as a greater homogeneity, reducing the amount of waste.

The rock wool, being a crop that grows out of the ground, the land does not need any treatment of bottom fertilization, contribution of manure or any other work aimed at improving its structure. Only, we will need to break the structure of the soil somewhat to allow good drainage.
