For the PH600, a light brushing with a toothbrush every week will suffice, and every month with a bath in a cleaning liquid sachet (M10016).
The PH600 meter has a scale from 0.0 to 14.0, Resolution of 0.1pH; manual one-point calibration (with screwdriver), 3 x 1.5V button battery.
The CD611 (EC) meter has a scale from 0.0 to 20.0 mS, resolution 0.1 mS, manual one-point calibration (with screwdriver), 3 x 1.5V button cell batteries.
Don't be surprised to see white crystals surrounding the head of the meter. It is normal for a pH electrode. Those salts will dissolve with water.
Remove the black protection and turn on the meter.
Plunge it to the limit and wait for the data to stabilize.
After use, run the electrode through water to keep it clean.
Preserve the electrode by putting a few drops of MA9015 storage liquid or pH 7.0 calibration liquid on the cap.
Always replace the cap after use.
DO NOT USE distilled or deionized water for storage.
Large reading differences (~ 0.5 pH) may be due to need for calibration, dry electrode, or low batteries
