SMS310 Driver Installation

Fix the SMS310 monitor to the wall near the nutrient tank with an adhesive velcro or with 4 screws.

Connect the pump coupling base (black and white color) to the current.

Dip the tip of the electrode (up to 2.5cm) in the nutrient mixture. Hold the electrode with the help of a polyexpan plate.

Turn on the monitor by pressing the ON / OFF button

Select the set point, with the help of the graduated wheel.

Installation of the MP810 dosing pumps

Connect to the pumps the soft tube (suction tube - on the left) and the filter (white) to the other end of the tube (to prevent the suction of solids)

Connect the rigid pipe to the pumps (impulsion pipe - right) - Optional: a black thread to connect to a pipe.

Fix the pumps to the wall or directly to the Liquid FERTILIZER bottle, in a vertical position in the immediate vicinity of the nutrient tank.

Connect the electrical socket of the dosing pump to the coupling socket (white and black) of the SMS310 controller.

IMPORTANT: For a smooth adjustment of the nutrient level, it is advisable to dilute the liquid fertilizer with water in a carafe. Example: For a 100 lt tank, dilute 100cl of FERTILIZER in a 5 liter jug of water. This data can be adjusted according to the volume of your tank, the concentration of your fertilizer corrector, and the strength of your recirculation pump or air diffuser stone.

VERY IMPORTANT: For a homogeneous and immediate mixture of the liquid fertilizer to your irrigation water tank, install a powerful recirculation pump and / or an air diffuser stone at the bottom of your tank.
