Its adjustment system is made up of a light and flexible polyethylene foam ring. The mask is widely separated from the face which allows the use of glasses. The ring has openings that act as vents to prevent condensation on the surface of the mask, even if masks or other protection systems are being used.

It is a disposable protector, but proper use of it can allow its reuse. If the screen shows scratches, we recommend its replacement. Its materials are washable with soap and water or using alcohol or reduced alcohol.

Masks or face shields are indicated for splashes, since they allow ventilation , but they would not be effective in preventing contagion from the person wearing them, nor in preventing the wearer from infecting others . For added protection, face shield masks should be used in conjunction with FFP1 and FFP2 masks.
